We deliver to the UK Mainland only.
DELIVERY:
We endeavour to ensure all standard items are in stock and available for immediate despatch, you should expect to receive your goods within 5 working days of placing your order (subject to stock availability). Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Delivery of customer own fabric based and hand-assembled items can take 6-8 weeks.
Occasionally, we will ship your items separately or directly from our suppliers, this is at our cost and discretion and does not affect the price you pay. In either case please allow up to 28 days before contacting us.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR POSTAGE & PACKING:
Our normal charge for postage and packing is £2.99 per order (rather than per product); for heavy or bulky items we have to increase this charge to £5.99 per order (rather than per item).
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER:
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery; delivery of large items and customer own fabric goods may take 6-8 weeks. You will be notified if a further delay is expected.
